1. Do the company offers sewing bag filter for the incinerator and big factories ? 
    Yes, We have the Sewing and Heat seal bag filter, It made from Polyester, Nomex, Teflon and etc. (make to order)

2. The companies is in other provinces. If will be ordering. Which way to delivery? How many days to shipment ?
    About one week. However, depending on the volume. We have delivery to any where in Thailand and abroad. (Shipment in Thailand 1-2 weeks, Abroad 2-3 weeks. It all depends on the quantity, please contact us).

3. How long lifetime for filter bag ?
   Depending on how the selection of the right materials for the dust. The environment of the plant, the maintenance of the filter bags. May be 6-12 months for outdoor work to be both sunny and rainy all the time or may be used for more than 2 years if used carefully. 

4. Do the company's after-sales and service ?
    Yes, the company has a replaceable filter bag and filter cloth. In cluding the service for checking the filtration system. There is not much service charge.

5. Why filter cloth to a short lifetime?
    This may be due to the wrong material selection, as the cloth not match for type of dust or the temperature in the system and etc.

6. How to select the filter cloth?

7. Filter  bag is washable or not?
    We do not recommended washing and scrubbing because it will be reduce the filtration efficiency more than half.

8. How to clean the filter bag?
    Normally a dust collector has an automatic cleaning methodf. If necessary to remove the filter bag for cleaning. We recommend reverseair for cleaning.

9. How to filter Cannew better than the others? Why do we have to use Cannew product?
    Our manufacture under ISO 9001 and produce by heat sealed instead of sewing. Causing the problem of dust leak out form the seam well.
